Round 2 GOALS

I just looked back on my goals from last round.... I hate to piss in my own pocket but, wow! I smashed them. My 12 month goal was to run 10km, if I stay on track I should get there within the month YAY. My six month goal was to lose 12kg - I did it in 3! 12WBT is AMAZEBALLS!

My goals for this round are:

To do 10 pull ups
To me, a pull up is the ultimate demonstration of strength. I want to be strong, and I know that this goal will require a lot of strength training (wish me luck!)

To do 25 Push-ups on toes.
If I can do pull ups I can do push right??? Well here's hoping. I've started (yesterday, HA!) doing a 30 day challenge. I MUST do 10 push ups on toes each day. They don't have to be consecutive, just achieved within 5 mins, my nose doesn't have to touch the ground yet...but it will eventually.

Lose 8kg
By continuing to follow Miche's program and with consistent exercise, I should be able to achieve this. If I lose 8kg I will be in the 'healthy' weight range according to BMI calculations. I will also, for the first time that I can ever remember weigh under 70 kilo's. AHHHHH!

Run 10kms non stop. DONE! YAY 
I am quietly confident that I will achieve this. After becoming a runner last round (wow I truely never thought I would say that), I have registered for RUN MELBOURNE 10km on July 15. I'm so excited and am really going to treat myself after completion.

Anywho, I'll check back in and update you all on my progress as the program continues.
